Refund & Warranty Policy

At Azulli Watches, every timepiece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes Before Production

All our watches are assembled individually.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

However, if you wish to make changes such as model, color, strap, or variant you may contact us before production begins.
If production has not started yet, we will gladly adjust your order.

No Returns or Exchanges (Buyer’s Responsibility)

Because each watch is individually hand-assembled, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

  • Incorrect size, color, or style chosen by the customer

  • Choosing the wrong model or specifications

All measurements, photos, and descriptions are provided on each product page and should be carefully reviewed before ordering.

6-Month Warranty (Photo/Video Required)

Every Azulli watch comes with a 6-month functional warranty covering manufacturing defects.
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos, or

  • A short video showing the defect

Warranty Covers

  • Functional defects not caused by improper use

  • Internal mechanical issues

  • Non-working watch upon arrival (if reported immediately)

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused after delivery (drops, impacts, scratches, water damage, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Strap wear, color fade, or cosmetic aging

  • Issues reported after the 6-month warranty period

  • Watches damaged through misuse or unauthorized repair attempts

Warranty Outcome

If your claim is approved:

  • We will send a brand-new replacement watch as quickly as possible

  • In some cases, we may include a small complimentary gift

  • Very rarely, a refund may be offered instead of a replacement (decision at our discretion)

Claims submitted without photos or video evidence cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your watch arrives damaged, incorrect, or not working:

  1. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email

  2. Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  3. Once verified, we will send a free replacement as quickly as possible

We will never leave you without a working timepiece.

Unclaimed Packages

If the courier or customs cannot deliver your package:

  • We will contact you directly

  • We will resend the package for free until successfully delivered

You will never lose your order due to delivery or customs issues.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We strictly enforce our no-refund policy.
If a chargeback is filed, we will provide:

  • Order invoice

  • Shipment proof

  • Tracking details

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Communication records

Fraudulent chargebacks will be fully disputed, and additional action may be taken if necessary.

Important Notes for All Customers

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • No cancellations once an order is placed

  • No returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse

  • No refunds unless approved under a special case

  • Claims without photos or video proof will not be accepted

  • You agree to follow the warranty submission requirements
